About Us

You’re looking at a summit that grew out of frustration. Maybe a lot of things come to be that way.

By 2022, founder Arianna Bradford had known about her ADHD for a little more than a year. In that time, she’d slowly come to learn that the world was still very behind in its messages to neurodivergent people. Advice often still came from a place of changing and reducing the chaos that is a different brain, instead of leaning into and working with it. So she decided that the whole “be the change you want to see” mantra applied here, and she formed Chase the Chaos in 2023.

It was at this very first instance of the summit that Arianna met co-founder Lauren Yee, who was a speaker at the event. Thanks to Lauren’s curious questions and enthusiastic creativity, CTC started to grow as an idea and a community almost immediately.

Together, we’re dedicated to bringing support and empowerment to neurodivergent brains in a way that’s accessible, fun, and real, and we’re glad to have you along for the ride.

Arianna is a writer, ADHD coach, herbalist, and hobby collector who isn’t happy unless there’s a big project in the wings. She’s the author of SHAME ON YOU: Big Truths from a Bad Mom, head of the ADHDone YouTube channel, and the one behind articles seen in the likes of Parents, Scary Mommy, and Romper. When she isn’t doing ALL the things, she’s coloring, watching video game playthroughs, and hanging with her family. She lives in Costa Rica and likes it very much.

Lauren is the creator of the “Grown-up School of your Dreams” and a lover of pizza, puzzles, and people. She is a process-driven problem solver, who believes that curiosity, consistency, & connections are the greatest drivers of great things.

She studied Design and Psychology and has been managing people, projects, & clients since 2005. Lauren currently helps people “Adult Like A Kid” through her various forms of Playful Personal & Professional Development – mixing the best parts of childhood with our adult “wisdom”, in order to take on and accomplish important things without being SO serious. Her experience and professional focus is on how play, curiosity, and inclusion can improve productivity, innovation, teamwork, & leadership; but you can bet she also  always has several other fun projects, hobbies, experiments and the like going at the same time.
